Ch. Lynch Bages, Pauillac 2021

A classic Pauillac Fifth Growth with deep, dark fruit character and powerful structure. Shows rich aromas of crème de cassis, plum, spice and subtle cedar with hints of black truffle and cigar box. Medium-to-full-bodied with concentrated fruit, muscular tannins and a long, layered finish. Structured for cellar aging but rewarding with food now — excellent with roasted beef, lamb and hearty game dishes.
