Dark ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Very elegant nose with an exuberant character, hints of ripe blackberries and figs, blueberries and sweet elderberries in the background. Vanilla, slight hints of gingerbread, dark chocolate and subtle oak. The palate is well-structured, with ripe but firm tannins and a pleasant acidity that keeps it refreshing. The finish, elegant but persistent, extends in the aftertaste slight hints of dark chocolate and delicate spices
