La Crema Chardonnay , Sonoma Coast

A vibrant and beautifully balanced Chardonnay from California’s cool, maritime-influenced Sonoma Coast. The bouquet opens with aromas of Meyer lemon, fresh pear and delicate white flowers, complemented by subtle hints of toasted oak.

Generous and concentrated on the palate, with flavours of crisp apple, golden peach and ripe pineapple. A touch of graham-cracker crust adds creamy richness, while juicy acidity keeps the wine fresh and elegant, leading to a smooth and lingering finish.

Food pairing: Excellent with lobster, crab, prawns, seared scallops, roast chicken, creamy seafood pasta and butternut-squash risotto.
