Parker Estate, Cool Climate Cabernet Sauvignon

A classic cool-climate Cabernet Sauvignon from Coonawarra, showing a deep ruby-red colour with purple hues. The nose is rich with blackcurrant, blueberry and dark fruits, complemented by subtle vanilla, warming spice and dark chocolate aromas.

The palate is medium-bodied and elegant, with flavours of blackberry, cherry and dark fruits, alongside gentle earthy and toasted notes. Fine, soft tannins provide structure and a smooth, balanced finish, making it approachable now while also offering good medium-term ageing potential.
