Porta Rossa Barolo Riserva DOCG 2007

Very clean aroma reminiscent of roasted chestnuts, prunes, dark chocolate and warm spices such as nutmeg. Further hints of dried herbs, leather and black truffle. The taste is elegant with a nice acidity and distinct tannins. The aftertaste is incredibly long and focused on dried red roses and sun-ripened cherries.
