Semeli, Ktima Semeli

Semeli Ktima Semeli is a premium estate red wine that represents the winery’s flagship expression of terroir from the prestigious slopes of Koutsi in Nemea. Produced only in limited quantities from carefully selected hand-harvested grapes grown in the estate vineyards, it reflects depth, structure, and ageing potential.

This distinguished blend combines noble international and Greek varieties such as Agiorgitiko, Syrah, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, resulting in a wine of complexity and elegance.

In the glass, it shows an intense deep ruby colour and an expressive aromatic profile of ripe cherries, red forest fruits, blueberry jam, and subtle notes of vanilla, sweet spice, coffee, and toasted oak. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich, with velvety tannins, balanced acidity, and layered flavours that lead to a long, powerful, and sophisticated finish.

The wine matures in French oak barrels and further bottle ageing enhances its complexity and ageing capacity, making it suitable both for immediate enjoyment after decanting and for cellaring.
