Amour de Deutz Brut Rosé  is a Champagne of exceptional elegance and precision, crafted from a refined blend of 55% Pinot Noir sourced from Aÿ, Bouzy, and Verzenay, and 45% Chardonnay from Avize, Chouilly, and Villers-Marmery. The wine is delicately enriched with 8% still red Pinot Noir wine produced by Deutz from old-vine parcels in Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, lending depth, colour, and aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it displays a shimmering gold-pink hue of remarkable brilliance. The nose is refined and expressive, revealing aromas of wild berries and red currants, subtly accented by fine vanilla notes. On the palate, the wine is full, layered, and beautifully structured, offering a harmonious balance between power and finesse. Flavours of crushed strawberries, blackcurrants, gentle spices, and delicate pâtisserie notes unfold seamlessly, leading to a long, polished finish.
