Dougos Meth’Imon Acacia 2023 is a Greek white wine made mainly from Assyrtiko with a touch of Sauvignon Blanc, matured on its lees in acacia barrels which gives it a subtle creamy texture and complexity. Aromas lean toward floral and citrus notes with hints of tropical fruit, while the palate shows fresh acidity, light minerality, and a smooth, layered feel. It’s elegant and balanced, ideal chilled with seafood, grilled fish, lemon-based dishes or light poultry.
