Kendall Jackson, Vintner’s Reserve Chardonnay 2022

A rich, smooth and fruit-forward Californian Chardonnay made from grapes grown across the state’s cool coastal vineyards. The bouquet is generous and inviting, with aromas of ripe pineapple, mango and papaya, complemented by citrus, vanilla, honey and a delicate touch of toasted oak.

Creamy and rounded on the palate, with layers of tropical fruit, ripe pear and green apple balanced by refreshing citrus notes. Barrel fermentation, lees ageing and regular stirring give the wine its characteristic velvety texture, while subtle butter and oak nuances lead to a long, polished finish.

Food pairing: Excellent with lobster, grilled prawns, roast chicken, creamy pasta, seafood risotto and soft cheeses.
