A rich and generous Californian Zinfandel with expressive aromas of ripe blackberry, raspberry and dark cherry, complemented by notes of plum, vanilla and warm baking spices.

Full-bodied and fruit-forward on the palate, with layers of juicy black fruit, subtle mocha and a touch of black pepper. Soft, rounded tannins and well-integrated oak create a smooth texture, leading to a long, warming and flavourful finish.

Matured for approximately 10 months in French and American oak, this is an approachable yet characterful Zinfandel that combines ripe fruit with gentle spice and oak complexity.

Food pairing: Excellent with barbecued ribs, grilled meats, beef burgers, slow-cooked pork, spicy sausages and mature cheeses.
