Pieropan, La Rocca Soave Classico 2023

La Rocca is situated on the slopes of Monte Rocchetta, below the medieval castle which dominates the town of Soave. The vineyard benefits from a special microclimate which in turn produces a wine with great personality, a distinctive perfume and unique characteristics.

Innovative since it’s first release in 1978, it has made its mark in the area and is become a definitive symbol of quality and tradition.

Ageing

At the end of fermentation, the wine ages for around 15 months in tonneaux. During this period, the wine remains on the fine lees, where it acquires complexity and a rich bouquet. It is released after a few bottle ageing
