Bright golden yellow in colour, clear and luminous, showing a youthful and vibrant character. The nose is fresh and expressive, dominated by citrus notes of lemon and zest, white flowers, and a subtle smoky touch, with gentle hints of vegetal freshness and spice such as ginger as it opens.

On the palate it is smooth and well balanced, with lively acidity and a crisp, energetic feel. Flavours of citrus, white flowers, delicate herbal notes, light spice, and a refined mineral bitterness carry through to a long, fresh finish, giving excellent balance, depth, and persistence.
