Sourced from carefully selected vineyards in the Monferrato area of Asti, this Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco expresses freshness, elegance, and aromatic purity. The vines are rooted in medium-textured, calcareous clay soils with a favourable south–south-east exposure, ideal for developing intense aromas while maintaining balance.

After gentle pressing, only the free-run juice is used and kept at low temperatures before fermentation in pressurised tanks, creating a delicately sparkling wine that is consistently crisp, refreshing, and fragrant. In the glass, it shows a very pale cherry-pink colour. The bouquet is distinctive and inviting, with bright aromas of raspberry and blackberry. On the palate, it is light, crisp, and softly sweet, with a fine, persistent mousse and clear varietal character, making it a delightful aperitif or a perfect match for light desserts and fresh fruit.
