Terre Da Vino Malvasia Di Castelnuovo Don Bosco DOC Nevissano

Produced from select vineyards in the Monferrato area of Asti, this Malvasia di Castelnuovo Don Bosco reflects both terroir and tradition. The vines grow on medium-textured, calcareous clay soils with a favourable south–south-east exposure, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly while preserving freshness and aromatic intensity. Following gentle pressing, only the free-run juice is used, with fermentation taking place in pressurised tanks to create a delicately sparkling, vibrant wine.

In the glass, it shows a very pale cherry-pink colour, light and inviting. The bouquet is distinctive and highly aromatic, releasing fresh notes of raspberry and blackberry. On the palate, it is crisp and lightly sweet, with a fine, persistent mousse and clear varietal character. Refreshing, fragrant, and easy-drinking, this wine is perfect as an aperitif or alongside fruit-based desserts and light pastries.
