Bright pale yellow in colour, with a fresh and expressive nose of white and stone fruits such as peach and apricot, alongside citrus notes like clementine. Floral aromas of jasmine and orange blossom appear with a gentle herbal touch of chamomile, while lees ageing adds a subtle creamy texture and complexity, enhanced by fermentation in a concrete egg. On the palate it is refined and well balanced, showing peach, pear, and green apple flavours, lively acidity, low alcohol, and a clear mineral character that leads to a fresh, elegant finish.
