Martin Ray, Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

A classic, full-bodied Californian Cabernet Sauvignon combining fruit from selected vineyards in Napa and Sonoma counties. The nose is expressive and inviting, with aromas of blackcurrant, fresh blackberry and blueberry, complemented by bramble, cracked pepper and subtle vanilla.

Rich and juicy on the palate, with concentrated blue and dark-fruit flavours layered with earthy, mineral notes. Structured yet silky tannins provide excellent balance and lead to a smooth, persistent finish.

Made from **100% Cabernet Sauvignon** and matured for **12 months in French oak**, including 45% new barrels, this is a polished and versatile expression of Californian Cabernet.
