Catena Zapata, Adrianna White Bones Chardonnay

An exceptional high-altitude Chardonnay from the renowned Adrianna Vineyard in Gualtallary, Uco Valley, planted at approximately 1,450 metres above sea level. White Bones takes its name from the vineyard’s distinctive calcareous soils, which contain limestone deposits and fossilized animal bones from an ancient riverbed.

The wine is known for its intense floral character, vibrant freshness and pronounced mineral profile. On the palate, it is refined and concentrated, with excellent acidity, elegant texture and a long, complex finish. Fermentation takes place in French oak, followed by extended ageing in used French oak barrels, helping preserve purity while adding depth and structure
