Château Talbot is a classic and distinguished expression of Saint-Julien, blending 69% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot. Elegant and racy in style, it remains true to the estate’s signature, offering finesse, depth, and remarkable balance. The tannic structure is refined and precise, supporting a wine of concentration and harmony with excellent ageing potential.

The vineyard is one of Saint-Julien’s great assets, spanning 110 contiguous hectares in a single block. With vines averaging 45 years of age, the estate benefits from an exceptional terroir near the Gironde estuary, where Médoc gravel ridges and alluvial soils provide ideal drainage and complexity.

Harvesting is carried out by hand, followed by meticulous manual and optical sorting to ensure only the finest fruit is selected. Vinification takes place in oak vats, allowing the wine to develop structure and elegance while preserving the purity of fruit. The result is a refined, age-worthy Bordeaux that combines power with restraint and timeless classicism.
