Kendall Jackson, Vintner’s Reserve Merlot 2018

A smooth and inviting California Merlot with generous aromas of ripe black cherry, plum, blackcurrant and wild berries, complemented by a delicate touch of spice.

Soft and elegant on the palate, with layers of juicy red and dark fruit supported by supple tannins and a rounded, silky texture. Small additions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot bring extra structure and complexity, leading to a long, polished and lingering finish.

Food pairing: Excellent with roast duck, grilled pork, beef burgers, tomato-based pasta, flatbread pizza and semi-mature cheeses.
